I established my practice with the vision of helping individuals and couples achieve more satisfying relationships and thrive individually, relationally and sexually. My advanced training in couple and family therapy and sex therapy allows me to address both sexual and relational concerns.
My practice is focused on helping individuals and couples with a range of presenting concerns, including, but not limited to: relationship distress, anxiety about sex and performance, pain or discomfort during sex, sexual functioning and satisfaction, low or lack of sexual desire and/or pleasure, out-of control sexual behaviors, exploring sexual orientation and gender identity, integration of faith and sexuality, and couples with different sexual interests.
